Preksha Panthaki

Preksha Panthaki is the Elementary Coordinator at Harmony Montessori International and has been associated with Harmony since January 2004.

She holds a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) and practised homeopathy for ten years before pursuing Montessori education. She completed her Montessori Primary Diploma (3–6) at the Ratan Tata Institute and has also undertaken the Elementary Assistant's Course.

Preksha began her Montessori journey in Harmony's Primary environment, where she worked for 14 years and served as Primary Coordinator. She subsequently transitioned to Elementary and later Upper Elementary, gaining experience across different stages of child development.

Her professional interests centre on understanding children, observing their individual needs and supporting their development. She values the opportunity to learn alongside children and believes that working with them is a continuous process of discovery and growth.

Having attended several Montessori conferences, Preksha continues to deepen her understanding of Montessori education. In her current role, she works as an Upper Elementary Directress while also supporting the Elementary department as Coordinator.

For Preksha, the most rewarding aspect of education is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child's life.
